
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Standards

1. Our Commitment
Zeavak is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and secure digital environment for all users. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
CSAE includes, but is not limited to:
- Sexual exploitation or abuse of a minor
- Grooming or attempted grooming of a minor
- Sextortion involving a minor
- Trafficking of a minor for sexual purposes
- Creation, possession, or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Any activity intended to exploit, endanger, or harm a child
Such content or behavior is strictly prohibited on the Zeavak platform.
2. Children and Minor Protections
Zeavak allows limited access for users under the age of 18 under controlled conditions:
- Users under 18 may access social and educational features only
- Financial and payment-related features are restricted to adults
- Where minors use the platform, parental or legal guardian consent is required
- Accounts belonging to minors are subject to heightened monitoring and restrictions
These measures are designed to reduce risk and ensure age-appropriate use of the platform.
3. Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following are strictly forbidden on Zeavak:
- Uploading, sharing, or transmitting any CSAE or CSAM content
- Using social, messaging, voice, or video features to groom, exploit, or abuse a minor
- Soliciting minors for sexual content, images, or conversations
- Facilitating CSAE through forms, messaging, or any platform feature
- Attempting to bypass age restrictions or parental controls
Violations result in immediate enforcement actions, including permanent account termination.
4. Reporting, Moderation, and User Safety
Zeavak provides safety tools and moderation measures to protect users, especially minors:
- In-app reporting tools for abuse, exploitation, or inappropriate content
- User blocking to prevent further interaction
- Review and investigation of reported content and accounts
- Prompt action against accounts found to be in violation of this policy
Users are encouraged to report any suspected CSAE activity immediately.
5. Enforcement Actions
When CSAE-related activity is detected or reported, Zeavak may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice:
- Remove or disable access to offending content
- Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts
- Restrict or disable platform features
- Preserve relevant records for investigation
6. Legal Compliance and Mandatory Reporting
Zeavak complies with all applicable child protection, online safety, and data protection laws. Where required or appropriate, Zeavak will:
- Report CSAE or CSAM to relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent international agencies
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
- Retain evidence in accordance with legal requirements
7. Continuous Safety Improvement
Zeavak regularly reviews and improves its safety controls, moderation processes, and enforcement practices to strengthen protection for minors and all users.
